That happens so often, you apply an awesome Makeup and when you finish up by lining the waterline your eyes start to water and everything is ruined.
Now, there is a really easy “fix” for this. If you do your eyes first and actually START by lining the water line you can dry up those tears and reapply until the result is great – then continue on the eye Makeup. So easy, such a life saver
A great thing to do is when you´ve applied the eye liner you screw up your eyes very, very tight and you´ll get the liner right between the lashes with no gap
(Some Q-tip clean up might be necessary after that but thats no problem because you do that FIRST)

Oh boy, I´ve recently seen another Makeup Artist taking off the models lashes to reuse them again. “But I´m gonna sanitize them, you know?” – Well… you can do whatever makes you happy but that looks kinda scruffy 
For me, lashes are disposables. People who only use them on themselves can surely use them more than once, thats why I ALWAYS say to my model: Keep them
Just think about it for a second…

I’ve been testing the MUFE Lift Concealer for a couple of weeks now and here are some of my thoughts.
First I have to say that the amount of product you get for your money is pretty decent, other than MUFE’s HD concealer which is nothing but a big cheek!
Because I’m not a fan of Make Up For Ever’s ingredient policy I never applied this product directly on the skin. I always applied primers and/or foundation underneath.
In the real world the Lift concealer works as a perfect finishing product to really brighten under the eyes after you’ve done your eye makeup or to highlight your face. Best applied with your fingers or a synthetic blending brush if you ask me but people with very dry skin should seek something that doesn’t dry as powdery as this one does.
However on HD this concealer does not work so well. It looks heavy and pasty, same for close up photography. The good thing is, MUFE never claimed it would work on HD. If you do Fashion work then you might wanna consider using it because it gives a very clean and poreless sort of porcelain finish.
The colors 1 and 2 are insanely light, lile seriously almost WHITE. Compared to the MAC color range the number 3 would be a NW15ish so that is still pretty light, the number 4 on the other hand is pretty dark (NW35ish) but thats good to mix and match
I will not continue carrying it in my travel kit but I put it in my bigger kit, who knows when I might need it

That´s easy to master, practice 2-3 times and you´ll be able to do this yourself.

Finally I have what I ALWAYS wanted. Portable LIGHT. A little present from my office manager <3 You have or maybe not have an idea how much it sucks when you arrive on a job and they put you in the darkest corner to do Makeup. It is a big pain in the a… Well, I don´t like it
The light kits setup is made for complete idiots, there´s just no way to make any mistake. It comes in a handy bag which has a little more space for tissue boxes and stuff like that. It´s very lightweight and not fragile. You can give it a little kick, it will fall on the floor and make a HUUUUGE KABOOM but it will not break
It´s balanced LED lighting which, even in the darkest room, illuminates your model in DAYLIGHT. Awesome, loads more visual information makes it´s way to my eyes now, I actually SEE what I´m doing there. Love it, gonna take it anywhere.

I am deeply in love with salicylic acid aka beta hydroxy acid. It gets rid of blackheads in just a couple of days. Damp skin, gently squeeze them out and then apply your BHA product. Wear sun screen thoughout the day! It’s going IN your pores, deep cleanses them, tightens them and thereby prevents the build up of excess sebum which would cause new clogs. Amazing. Neutrogena Anti Blackhead Toner is the product of my choice, just to name one. Consider this being a 2-3 week treatment every once in a while rather than a daily skin care regime.
… for the sake of quality content I ask you to be patient. It would just make no sense to do it the guerilla way, I want to do quality videos so that people don’t like but actually love to watch them
I am traveling far too much at the moment so I cannot set up a proper “studio” to do this but I’ll find a way to get you some nice Makeup soulfood until that HD film crew arrives ;-P

Hey guys,
I’m back with a new essential pro kit item. While working for Kett Cosmetics on the Makeup Show Europe I noticed that Sheila (CEO, Kett Cosmetics) used a new HD primer prior to her airbrush application. Since I’m always curious for new products I visited NF’s booth a visit and got it.
Blot Out Offensive is a unicolor cream Antishine+Primer for all skin types and colors. It should be applied with something that’s got a flat surface such as a non-latex sponge (Alcone do fabulous ones!) or a syntetic bristle brush (Divinity Collection by Roque Cozzette are my favourite brushes.)
The Primer absorbs instantly and leaves the skin very very even so it’s PERFECT for powder foundation and Airbrush! I find it makes the foundation look more even and last a while longer than only moisturizer does. (Embryolisse Lait Creme still used for very dry skin but skipped for oily skin.)
Remember:
Airbrush Makeup only colours the skin, it never changes it’s texture/surface!
£21,50 at Gurumakeupemporium.com is well spent money and it’ll last you quite a while.
Left to mention is that Nurturing Force is a very, very skin, body and environment friendly company who does not use silicones, parabens or irritating chemicals in their products.
Definitely 10 of 10 points from me!
